Our shipping policy
Note: We work hard
to keep the shipping and handling fees to a minimum however, UPS has begun to
charge for a full pound for shipping even though there is not a full pound of
items being shipped. All items shipped from Pyranha have additional fees they charge for shipping. The shipping of those items shipped from the Pyranha warehouses,
are not under my control so I have to use the shipping that is available to me.
In light of this I have had to put a minimum shipping amount on single items
shipped. If your order exceeds the threshold of $150.00 your order will
ship FREE!! Under it items ship for a low $15.50
Your order will be shipped from our factory/warehouse from inventory they have
in stock. Our warehouses ship full systems five days a week. Many
items ship the same or next day after we receive and place your order. You
will be able to check the status of your order on our system anytime. Most
items are shipped UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Once I get a tracking number I forward
that to you via the email you provide on your order.
Delivery Time: Most orders are shipped within 1 days and smaller packages are shipped via Priority Mail. Most of our shipments will be shipped out of our Houston warehouses.. Please note:
At the height of the fly season, shipping times will take longer due to the
high volume of orders being placed.
Automatic insect control systems are normally shipped 2 - 4 days for a
commercial address, 3-5 day for a residence address.
If
you would like to receive your order faster, please call 706-614-5466 for
options. I will do everything I possibly can to get a part out to you within a
two day period if I know that you have to have something that quickly.
(baring any unknown shortages at the factory)
Free Shipping applies to ground transportation only to addresses in the lower 48. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, we will deduct shipping cost to the west coast from your actual shipping cost and bill you for the remainder of the shipping costs. All shipping carriers offer base insurance for your package. If you wish to insure for more than their base amount, contact us for insurance you may purchase.
Most parts can be shipped overnight. Please note that Fed Ex requires a one day
notice of this to be arranged ahead of time. Liquids (IE Insecticides CANNOT go
air. They must ship ground transportation only.
